Resistance training without the weight stack.
Evo Trainer is a compact resistance-training system that uses inertia instead of traditional weights. You pull. The disc spins. The energy comes back through the cord. You control it.
Pull gently to begin. Put more effort in when you're ready.
Train at home, or learn Evo with an instructor.

HOW IT WORKS
You put the energy in. Evo gives it back.
Evo doesn't have a stack of weights hidden inside it.
When you pull the cord, you accelerate a spinning inertia disc and put energy into the system.
The cord then rewinds. That energy comes back towards you, and you resist and control the return.
Then you pull again.
That's inertia training.
WATCH EVO IN ACTION
It uses the same underlying physical principle often called flywheel training. We call it inertia training because that describes what is actually happening.
The resistance starts with you.
With conventional weights, you normally choose the load before you start.
Evo works differently.
The amount of energy in the system depends substantially on how you use it.
Pull more gently and you create less returning demand.
Pull harder and you put more energy into the system — and have more to control on the way back.
That means you can learn the movement gently, establish control and increase your effort as you become more confident.
And if you tire, you can reduce the effort you put into the next pull.
No pin to move. No stack of weights to choose from. Your effort drives the movement.
One Evo. More than one way to train.
Evo isn't built around one fixed movement.
Use it from the floor for a broad range of whole-body resistance exercises.
Change your position, grip and cord length to change the movement.
Add the optional wall bracket and Evo can be used from different pulling angles, extending the exercise range further.
One compact system.
Different movements. Different levels of effort.
UPPER BODY - Pulling and pressing movements using approved Evo exercises.
LOWER BODY - Approved movements designed around the legs and lower body.
WHOLE BODY - Movements that bring more of the body into the exercise.
FLOOR - Stand on Evo and train without needing a permanent gym setup.
WALL- Add the optional wall bracket to extend the range of approved exercises.
You don't need to turn your home into a gym.
A useful collection of conventional weights takes up weight, space and storage.
Evo takes a different approach.
The standard Evo Trainer measures 525 × 410 × 140 mm and weighs 8 kg with one disc fitted.
Use it on the floor when you want to train. Put it away when you're finished.
Or add the wall bracket to train from the wall and store Evo off the floor.
Resistance training shouldn't require reorganising your life around a gym.
Train at home.
Use your own Evo in a coached class.
Take it with you where practical.
If you train through Evo 30 and miss a class, your trainer can provide the planned workout for home completion where appropriate.
Class when you can. Home when you can't.

Meet Evo 30.
Evo 30 is the coached way to train with Evo.
Sessions last approximately 30 minutes and combine planned resistance and conditioning work with recovery, setup and instruction.
The rhythm is simple:
WORK → RECOVER + RESET + INSTRUCTION → WORK
Your trainer chooses the exercises, sets, timings and weekly programme.
You concentrate on doing the work.
Evo 30 isn't based on cramming as much exercise as possible into half an hour.
Recovery matters.
You use it to recover, reset your Evo, adjust your position or cord length and understand what you're doing next.
The aim is to make the training time productive rather than fill it with unnecessary waiting around.
New to Evo? Start with an Introduction Session.
Before joining a normal Evo 30 programme, every new customer completes an Evo Introduction Session.
£20. Up to 60 minutes.
You'll learn how Evo works, how to set it up, how to control the return, how timed sets work and how to manage your effort before joining a normal class.
Start where you are.
You don't have to be a gym person to use your muscles.
And you don't have to be new to resistance training to want a more practical way to do it.
Evo is designed to support different levels of effort and experience.
Starting resistance training
Learn the technique first. Begin gently. Increase effort when you can maintain control.
Getting back to it
If resistance training has disappeared from your life, Evo gives you a compact way to start again without building a home gym around yourself.
Staying capable
Getting older is compulsory.
Giving up on your strength isn't.
Train now for what you still want to be able to do later.
Short on time or space
Parents. Home workers. Travellers. Busy people. Gym avoiders.
Evo is designed to make resistance training easier to fit around ordinary life.
Already training
Use Evo as another form of resistance exercise, with the option to add a second inertia disc for more demanding resistance work.
WHO IS EVO FOR?
What the trainers say
Q&A
-
Evo Trainer is a compact resistance-training system that creates resistance through rotational inertia rather than a conventional stack of weights.
You pull the cord and accelerate a spinning disc. The energy you put into the system then returns through the cord and you control the returning movement.
-
Inertia training uses a rotating mass to create resistance.
In simple terms:
You pull. The disc spins. The energy comes back. You control it.
Then you repeat.
-
It uses the same underlying physical principle commonly described as flywheel resistance training.
We use inertia training as the consumer-facing term.
Evo does not claim to have invented the physics.
-
Evo doesn't provide one fixed resistance figure in the way a conventional weight stack does.
The exercise depends on how hard and fast you pull, the existing disc speed, the disc configuration and how you control the return.
Put more effort into the movement and you put more energy into the system.
-
Evo is designed so a user can begin with relatively gentle effort while learning the technique.
The important thing is to learn control first rather than immediately trying to pull as hard as possible.
The Evo progression is:
CONTROL → CONSISTENCY → EFFORT → PROGRESS
-
No particular fitness result or starting standard is promised or required by the product.
The important principle is to work at an effort you can control and increase effort progressively.
If you are unsure whether resistance exercise is appropriate for you, seek appropriate professional advice before starting.
-
Yes.
Evo can be used from the floor in a suitable space, and the optional wall bracket extends the available exercise range.
Always follow the current setup, technique and safety instructions.
-
No.
The standard Evo can be used on the floor.
The wall bracket is optional. Evo attaches to the approved bracket without modification and can be removed again.
-
The £99 wall bracket allows Evo to be attached to a suitable supporting structure for approved wall-based exercises.
It can also be used to store the complete Evo off the floor.
-
The standard Evo comes with one inertia disc.
An optional second disc adds greater rotational inertia. It is harder to start and creates a stronger pull-back, making it suitable for more demanding resistance work.
The second disc currently costs £49.99.
-
No.
Evo Trainer and the Evo 30 method are designed to work without an app or tracker.
Do not rely on information about future digital products when deciding whether the current Evo is right for you.
-
Evo 30 is the coached resistance and conditioning programme built around Evo Trainer.
A standard session lasts approximately 30 minutes and uses planned work, recovery, setup and instruction.
-
Where an active Evo instructor is available, you can learn and experience Evo through the coached route.
Every new Evo 30 customer completes a £20 Evo Introduction Session, lasting up to 60 minutes, before entering normal classes.

EVO FOR TRAINERS
Don't just finish the workout. Record what happened.
Evo 30 uses timed sets and completed pulls or repetitions to create a simple training record.
For a meaningful comparison, keep the main conditions the same:
Same exercise. Same disc setup. Same work time. Same rest. Same technique.
Then record what you actually did.
The aim isn't simply to chase the biggest number.
Good movement comes first.
You don't have to become a gym person.
You do need to use your muscles.
Evo Trainer was built to make resistance training easier to fit into ordinary life.
One compact system.
Inertia instead of a stack of weights.
Start gently. Learn the movement. Put more into it when you're ready.
